Test Engineer (TE)
Job & Responsibilities:

·  Maintaining and improving yield at test process, and performing FA with comprehensive Technical Report and proper conclusion/recommendation.

·  Leading continuous improvement project though engineering breakthrough to optimize processes in the line.

·  Involving in tester equipment development projects, particularly in determining test concept/algorithm.

·  Developing customized test program for Detection product. Requirements:

·  Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Control Engineering from reputable University.

·  Minimal GPA 2.75 / 4.00.

·  Working experience in Labs, research institute or semiconductor environment will be advantage.

·  Fresh graduated are welcome.

·  Experience with Lab View / PLC programming will be an advantage.

·  Fluent in English both verbal and writing.

·  Having a good communication and leadership skill.

·  Good in teamwork and customer oriented.

·    NPI Engineer (NPI-E)
Job & Responsibilities:

·  NPI scheduling based on weekly NPI loading.

·  Follow up NPI lots and preproduction lots in production area.

·  Conduct weekly NPI meeting comprising of project leader and other cross functional groups.

·  Hand on involvement during NPI execution.
Requirements:

·  Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Control Engineering from reputable University.

·  Min GPA 2.75/4.00.

·  Fresh graduate are welcome.

·  Working experience in semiconductor environment will be an advantage.

·  Fluent in English both verbal and writing.

·  Having a good communication and leadership skill.

·  Good in teamwork and customer oriented.

·  Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
Finance Officer
Job & Responsibilities:

·  Responsible on Account Payable process.

·  Handling Bank Payment.

·  Handling other things dealing with finance matter.

Requirements:

·  Bachelor Degree in Accounting. GPA>2.80/4.00.

·  Min. 4 years experience in manufacturing.

·  Posses strong accounting SOP knowledge.

·  Posses strong Accounting and Taxation knowledge.

·  Strong excel skill, SAP is beneficial.

·  Self-motivated and ability to work independently.

Technician
Job & Responsibilities:

·  Perform regular preventive maintenance to ensure equipment optimization.

·  Involve in continuous improvement activities to improvement activities to improve the equipment performance.

·  Redesign, drawing and upgrade.

·  Provide daily production support through troubleshooting, repairing and performing equipment failure analysis which include root cause analysis, corrective/prevention action to prevent recurrence.

Requirements:

·  Diploma (D3) from electrical or mechanical engineering discipline with 2 years working experience; or STM electrical/mechanical with 5 years working experience in the semiconductor.

·  Posses strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve electrical and mechanical issues.

·  Experiences in Wire Bonder machine and DISCO sawing will be an advantage.

·  Knowledge in PLC, Ladder Diagram and Pneumatic System.
